Batch, lot, and chain-of-custody questions worth asking

Quality documentation is not clinical proof—but gaps can matter.

Educational information only — not medical advice. This page does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or replace care from a qualified clinician. The Peptide Center uses an evidence-first editorial process: regulatory sources, trial registries, and peer-reviewed research take priority; uncertainty is stated rather than filled with promises.

A batch or lot identifier helps trace a product to manufacturing and testing records. Chain-of-custody questions ask who handled a product, under what storage conditions, and whether the item you received matches the tested sample described in a certificate of analysis.
