NAD+ precursors and injections: research vs. product claims

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a central metabolite in cellular energy and repair pathways. Research on NAD+ biology and precursors such as NR or NMN is active, but active research is not proof that a particular injectable product produces a meaningful health outcome.
