A field guide to peptide misinformation
Common patterns behind overstatement—and the questions that bring a claim back to evidence.

Misinformation often uses a few repeatable patterns: a mechanism is presented as a promise, a single small study becomes a universal conclusion, or a product's availability is confused with regulatory review. Another common tactic is to cite a real paper whose population or outcome does not match the advertised claim.
