Are peptides safe, or is that the wrong question?
People often ask whether peptides are safe in general. Does safety really depend on the exact product and context?

Safety depends on the exact substance, dose, route, product quality, individual health factors, and evidence behind that use. An FDA-approved medicine has a reviewed label for specific uses, but that does not make unrelated peptide products safe. For many unapproved products, human safety data may be limited or absent. Discuss a personal situation with a licensed clinician or pharmacist.

This reframing helped me. I now look for the exact product, the exact outcome being claimed, and what human evidence exists before treating a broad statement as useful.
