Where should a patient or consumer report a suspected adverse event from a peptide product?

For a possible medical emergency, call emergency services. For a suspected problem with an FDA-regulated medical product, patients and consumers can use FDA MedWatch; a report does not prove causation, but it can help safety surveillance. Save the product label, lot information, and timing details if available: https://www.fda.gov/safety/medwatch-fda-safety-information-and-adverse-event-reporting-program

Saving the label and timing details seems practical. It is helpful to know that reporting a concern can matter even when someone cannot prove what caused it.
