A claimed benefit is not proof. Start by identifying the exact product and outcome, then look for well-designed human studies and an FDA-approved indication where relevant. Evidence for one medicine or condition cannot be assumed to apply to another peptide or goal. Be cautious with before-and-after stories, influencer claims, and products marketed for several broad outcomes at once.

I try to ask whether the outcome is measurable and whether the study actually tested the same claim. Broad promises across unrelated goals make me more skeptical.
