GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide complex frequently discussed in skin, hair, and repair communities. Its scientific interest is rooted in signaling and extracellular-matrix research, but biological plausibility is not the same as a proven health outcome. Product claims should be evaluated against the exact formulation, route, population, endpoint, and study duration that were actually investigated.
